Texas Best Stain offers some of the industry’s best warranties!

10 Year Workmanship Warranty on All Pre-Stained Structures

Texas Best Stain offers a 10-year workmanship warranty on all pre-stain, stained, or painted wood structures (fences, decks, patio covers, pergolas). Structure warranty covers Workmanship Only. Spacing, splitting and warping are a common characteristic and occur routinely in dimensional lumber and should be expected. Board splits of less than 6 inches are normal and not covered under warranty. Surface cracks (Checking) are normal and are not covered under warranty. Texas Best Stain offers a 1 year material warranty on all wood structures. 

Texas Best Stain offers a 1 year leak warranty on patio covers. Wind, hail, vegetation, vehicle, pet, or human inflicted damage are not covered under warranty. Removal of fence sign voids the warranty. Calls for repairs of such non covered items will be subject to a $125 trip charge plus materials. All warranties are non-transferable.

Texas Best Stain will re-stain any stained structures we install at cost for the entire life of the structure.  We recommend staining every 3-5 years to fully protect your investment.

Texas Best Stain offers a 1 year workmanship warranty on Polygal and Topgal products. Polygal and Topgal products have a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty through Regal Plastics.  We do not warrant leaking Polygal on flat pergolas.

Texas Best Stain offers a 1 year leak warranty on patio covers.

Workmanship Warranty on Pedestrian and Automatic Gates

Texas Best Stain offers a 6 month workmanship warranty on all pedestrian walk gates.  Post and gate alignment issues caused by shifting soil are not covered under warranty. If a walk gate shifts out of alignment it is advised to force the gate closed and water the gate fence posts regularly until the gate settles into alignment.

Texas Best Stain offers a 10 year workmanship warranty on automatic gates.  Automatic gate post and automatic gate alignment issues caused by shifting soil are not covered under warranty.  Texas Best Stain will service automatic gate operator function (reset limits, align sensors, program remotes or keypad) for 3 months after installation at no charge to the Purchaser.  Gate operators have a 7 year manufacturer’s warranty if the product is registered with the manufacturer (responsibility of homeowner).

5 Year Workmanship Warranty on Raw Structures

While raw structures do not have the added protection of being stained, we still guarantee our work will last. We provide a 5 Year warranty on raw structures we install and guarantee any structural issues that arise from non-natural causes will be corrected at no additional charge. Structure warranty covers Workmanship Only. Please see above for common natural factors that are not covered. Texas Best Stain offers a 1 year material warranty on all wood structures. 

3 Year Limited Warranty on Staining (1 year limited on deck and concrete staining)

Texas Best Stain offers a 3 year limited warranty on stain work (1 year limited on deck and concrete staining).  Natural graying, fading, customer negligence, and hail/sprinkler damage are not covered under stain warranty.  Light/dark spots and variations in coverage may be present due to the condition of the existing structure. 

Texas Best Stain will re-stain any pre-stained structures we install at cost for the entire life of the structure.  We recommend staining every 3-5 years to fully protect your investment.

3 Month Limited Warranty on Repairs

Texas Best Stain will guarantee our repair work for up to 3 months after project completion. Damages from natural common causes listed in the disclaimer below are not covered.

Texas Best Stain offers a 1 year material warranty on all wood structures.  Spacing, splitting, warping and wane are a common characteristic and occur routinely in dimensional lumber and will not be covered after 1 year.   Board splits of less than 6 inches are normal and not covered under warranty.  Surface cracks (Checking) are normal and are not covered under warranty. 

Warranty Disclaimer

Acts of God (Wind, Hail, Drought, Excessive Rain, Etc.), vegetation, vehicle, pet, or human inflicted damage are not covered under material warranty.   Calls for repairs of such non covered items will be subject to retail repair prices plus a $195 trip charge.  All warranties are non-transferable.  Please note that removal of fence sign(s) or failure to pay contractual invoice balance in full voids all warranty coverage.
